Gertie book dress mash up

This dress is a mash of two pieces from Gertie's book and I lengthened the skirt. It has boning and is lined. I made this 4 or 5 years ago and it was a real reach for me at the time. I also still can barely line anything. The horsehair tape snagging on things has really caused it to fray.
